First official weigh in for the Biggest Loser challenge with the fam. That means 4.2 total in a month. About 1 pound per week. That’s not AWFUL. But I’m impatient. I like to see it drop. But I have to remind myself that I have also added a lot more excercise into my routine than my body is used to. And this past Saturday I did my first NFC workout. I could almost do it all. And it felt amazing. Even the pain the next day. I knew it was worth it. And lookie, today I’m wearing all JCrew. And that means this is working, no matter if the scale disagrees.
